Terms of Use

By downloading or using the Drip Roast app or website (the “Service”) you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

You must be 18 years or older to use Drip Roast. By using the Service you confirm that you are at least 18. We do not knowingly allow anyone under 18 to use the Service.

Drip Roast lets you post two outfit photos as an A-vs-B “battle”, share a link, and collect anonymous votes on which fit wins. A paid subscription (Drip Roast Pro) lets a battle’s creator see voters who chose to reveal their name or social handle. Voting is anonymous unless a voter opts in to reveal themselves.

You are responsible for the photos and text you submit, and you confirm you have the right to post them. You keep ownership of your content and grant Drip Roast a licence to host, display and share it to operate the Service (including on public battle links and the Discover feed).

There is no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behaviour. You must not post or do any of the following:

• Nudity, sexually explicit or pornographic content
• Harassment, bullying, hate speech or threats
• Photos of other people without their consent, or of anyone under 18
• Illegal content, or content that infringes someone else’s rights
• Impersonation, spam, or attempts to manipulate votes

You can report any battle and block any user from the Discover feed. We review reports and remove violating content and the users who post it, typically within 24 hours. We may remove content or suspend access at our discretion to keep the community safe.

Drip Roast Pro is an auto-renewing subscription billed through your Apple account. We currently offer a Weekly and an Annual plan, which may include a free trial. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase; the subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel any time in your Apple account settings. Prices are shown in the app before purchase.

Votes are anonymous by default. A voter may choose to attach their name or social handle to a vote, which is then visible to the battle’s creator (and, with Pro, displayed to them). We do not fabricate votes, messages or “admirers”.

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Drip Roast is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who breaches these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
